Our Press Brakes, which area described in this brochure, are directly programmable for the selected bending angle. As to control of parallelism and the depth for the tool down-motion all this is controlled by CNC.
Any movement and position of the ram are continuously displayed and are corrected during the machining cycle.
Each side of the machine is provided with a highly accurate measuring system.
The entire system has been studied to offer not only excellent manufacturing features but also best conditions for the operator during his job.
NUMERICAL CONTROL
Our Press Brakers of the NCS series can be equipped with different CNC models. The numerical controls may be of the conventional type, which in any case are provided with a video display, to the most sophisticated and provided with bidimensional or tridimensional color graphics.
Furthermore, it is possible to connect directly the Numerical Control to a Personal computer, so to program directly the machine by reducing furthermore the machining times.

Independent and synchronized positioning for each cylinder.

Simultaneous or independent horizontal motion of gauges holder-bar.

Vertical motion of back gauges holder-bar.

Independent longitudinal motion of each gauge.
